Job Description

  • Oversee finance operations across nonprofit and foundation entities
  • Manage accounts payable, expense processing, and banking
  • Own general ledger and month-end close processes
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
  • Coordinate U.S. tax filings and annual audits with external advisors
  • Liaise with global finance teams (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A)
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  • Develop scalable processes, policies, and internal controls

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with lean teams, fast-moving enviornments, and global exposure
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and nonprofit tax compliance
  • Is highly proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP) and advanced Excel
  • Works independently, manages competing priorities, and thrives in a hybrid environment
  • Communicates effectively across international teams and adapts to a fast-paced setting
  • Brings an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building scalable systems
  • Completed CMA/CPA or in progress
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
