Located near Addison, this company is in full growth mode and looking to bring on a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This individual will play a key role in corporate decision making and will support the company's forecasting and budgeting processes.

  • Prepare intuitive reporting of financial and operating results for senior leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis to aid in company decision making
  • Support the planning and execution of the long-range strategic plan annually in collaboration with business units and company leadership
  • Consolidate enterprise level forecasts in preparation for external reporting such as income statement, balance sheet, risks/opportunities, customer and market detail, key variances, and complete responses to questions arising during quarterly earnings calls
  • Support annual budget preparation and maintain monthly status reports for designated corporate functions
  • Assist in developing & setting annual budget targets and also preparing presentations to executive management and Board of Directors
  • Communicate and collaborate with the operating team
  • Provide recommendations that improve profitability, operating efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis individually and together with operations, supply chain and HR teams as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • 4+ years of experience

  • Experience using business analytics, FP&A decision support tools (Hyperion/Hyperion Essbase)

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience - ability to create advanced financial models

  • Knowledge of financial consolidations, reporting and month-end close process

  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to work in a collaborative environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail
