Job Description

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Finance and the VP of Sales and Franchising to provide financial analysis support cross functionally
  • Support the sales and expense targets of the company in alignment with promotional plans on a regional scale
  • Provide insight and analysis support related to promotional plans, tracking their ROI
  • Develop and understanding of inventory and assets to provide analysis and control reports for senior leadership
  • Identify data inaccuracies within the reporting of sales and provide insight to senior leadership
  • Create leverage reports and queries in alignment with Tableau
  • Track warehouse data to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of data and metrics
  • Improve processes and reporting procedures for the sales channel, identifying continuous improvement opportunities within the business unit
  • Provide ad hoc reporting as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance
  • CPA preferred
  • Public Accounting experience preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge in US GAAP, SOX, and controls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced experience in Excel
  • Tableau or Hyperion experience preferred
