We placed the FP&A Manager earlier this year and now they are looking to add on a Senior FP&A Analyst that will focus on Business Partnering on the operations side!Job DescriptionPrepare annual budget and monthly/quarterly forecastsUpdate monthly scorecards and analysisDevelop financial models in order to optimize the business and operational performanceImplement methods & techniques to improve forecasting, financial evaluations, and analyses financial processes and system functionalityWork cross-functionally with other internal teams, particularly operationsAssist in the creation of project-level forecasts for incorporation into a long-range planning process and analyze performance against objectiveCompare anticipated vs actual resultsIdentify areas of improvement and review accounting transactions for data accuracyMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
