Job Description

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, including variance analysis, to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to provide financial guidance and insights, driving informed business decisions.
  • Analyze key financial metrics such as revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning.
  • Implement and enhance FP&A tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Mentor and develop a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools; experience with systems like NetSuite, Hyperion, or Adaptive Insights is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
