Our client is an established alternative investment manager headquartered in New York City.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Senior Fund Accountant include:

  • Prepare daily journal entries to ensure fund cash flow is accurate
  • Management of cash and short-term borrowing
  • Prepare investor capital call/distribution notices
  • Prepare investor funded and unfunded commitments

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will posess the following qualities:

  • 2-4 years of audit/assurance in public accounting preferred
  • HF, PE, or real estate clients preferred
  • CPA a plus but not required
