Senior GenAI Research Scientist

• Conduct research and development in generative AI to create innovative applications and solutions.
• Design, train, and optimize machine learning models to enhance business services offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing and new products.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive meaningful insights and drive decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technology.
• Develop and maintain documentation for research findings, methodologies, and model performance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
