They manage a diverse portfolio of government and private grants that fund initiatives improving access to resources, equity, and opportunity for underserved populations.Job Description Monitor and reconcile grant accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual grant financial reports, invoices, and reimbursement requests.Collaborate with program staff to track spending, forecast future needs, and prepare budget modifications.Support the annual audit process, including the Single Audit, by providing schedules, documentation, and explanations as needed.Assist with proposal and renewal budgets in partnership with the Development and Program teams.Maintain detailed records of all grant transactions, ensuring transparency and audit readiness.Identify opportunities to streamline accounting procedures and improve internal controls related to grant management.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
