About Our Client

This position partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and Design teams, and across external customers to create, manage, analyze and optimize campaigns. The main goal of the Senior Growth Manager is to drive the overall customer growth, as it aligns with the larger strategy and business goals of the company.
Who is the perfect candidate? Someone who can:
-Develop strategic aquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI.
-Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for B2B content distribution, with focus on target-specific digital paid channes (affiliate, display, SEM, social media) to better identify and target prospective clients
-Lead campaigns from conception to execution, tracking and reporting through established metrics/KPIs
-Be flexible and agile within the teams and crossfunction
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor's degree in analytics, marketing or related field- 5+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in digital marketing, B2B SaaS experience preferred
-Experience in building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
-Proven success maanging online marketing programs - CPA, CPC, CPM cost models on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other content site
-Experience managing organic acquisition, including SEO and CRO
