Job Description

  • Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations (SEC, FINRA, DOL) and employment laws.
  • Lead HR policy updates and process improvements to align with industry best practices.
  • Oversee employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Support talent management strategies, including leadership development and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with organizational change management and workforce restructuring efforts.
  • Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
  • Manage HR data and reporting to drive decision-making and compliance tracking.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong background in financial services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Deep knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and financial industry HR practices.
  • Preferred: HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) and experience in SEC- or FINRA-regulated environments.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism.
