Our client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives for roughly 450 employees at their Wyoming site. This person will report into the HR Director and will manage a team of four. This person should have extensive HR experience in manufacturing or an adjacent industry, as well as leadership experience. The role is full-time on-site in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. About Our Client

Our client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager for their mine in Sweetwater County, WY. Relocation assistance is provided. Our client is a global company with a growing presence in the U.S. that specializes in the mining and glass industries. They carry out mining activities at about 70 mining sites and are an industry leader in the production of soda ash.

The Senior HR Manager will support the Wyoming location, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and strategic initiatives. They will partner with site leaders to evaluate talent, optimize organizational structure, and drive performance management.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Drive organizational development and change management efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workforce productivity and engagement.
  • Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried roles.
  • Conduct investigations related to employee complaints, disciplinary actions, and workplace incidents.
