Job Description



  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational growth.


  • Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement talent development programs to nurture employee skills and career progression.


  • Performance Management: Design and execute performance management systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.


  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a culture of open communication.


  • Compensation & Benefits: Analyze and manage compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with regulations, while aligning with the company's strategic goals.


  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.


  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workplace that values and respects individual differences.


  • HR Metrics & Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to assess workforce trends, inform strategic decisions, and improve HR practices.


  • Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and update HR policies and procedures to support a safe and fair workplace.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR management in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to drive decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • OSHA safety experience preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
