This role is 3 days a week in Washington DC. $200k-$240k + amazing benefits.Job DescriptionAct as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, providing expert guidance on organizational strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address strategic business needs through innovative HR solutions.Manage and mentor a team of two HR Business Partners, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Ensure seamless delivery of HR services and programs across all levels of the business.Navigate the challenges of a global, matrixed organization, balancing competing priorities and managing complex stakeholder relationships.Design and implement scalable HR strategies that support the organization's growth and agility.Partner with regional and global HR teams to ensure consistency in HR practices and alignment with global objectives.Leverage knowledge of international labor laws, cultural nuances, and market trends to inform decision-making.Drive initiatives that support organizational transformation and align with the company's culture and values.Support leaders in fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and collaboration.Oversee HR metrics and analytics to inform strategy and track progress against key initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
