Job Description

  • Full ownership of benefits and payroll administration with ADP
  • Maintain Personnel files with unparalleled confidentiality
  • Maintain the employee handbook and update, as needed
  • Full cycle recruitment and onboarding of nonlegal employees
  • Strong ability to work through employee relations through the lens of actionable feedback
  • Ad hoc projects or duties, as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Consistently maintains a positive and good attitude in high stress situations
  • Manages tasks efficiently and jumps on tasks with a sense of urgency
  • Background in Legal not required, a plus
  • Must be Vaccinated & Boosted
