The company is committed to maintaining the highest property management standards, ensuring assets operate at peak performance while providing exceptional tenant satisfaction. *APPLY NOW FOR CONSIDERATION WITHIN 48 HOURS*Job DescriptionThe Senior HVAC Mechanic will be responsible for:Managing HVAC maintenance and repairs for 2+ million square feet of commercial real estate across Northern MAPerforming inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance for all types of HVAC units and equipment, including chiller plants, heat pumps, and cooling towersEnsuring all systems operate at peak efficiency by troubleshooting distribution systems for velocity, volume, temperature, and pressureOverseeing HVAC code-required compliance testing and maintain comprehensive records for inspection and safety standardsManaging third-party service providers, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standardsParticipating in a 24/7 on-call rotation every six weeksCollaborating with the Construction Management division on new projects and renovations, including system commissioning and as-built organizationAssisting in training other technicians and staff in preventative maintenance best practicesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
