Job Description



  • Category Management:
    • Develop and execute category strategies for indirect procurement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Analyze spending patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and consolidation.


  • Supplier Management:
    • Evaluate and manage supplier relationships, ensuring high performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
    • Conduct supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms, contracts, and pricing.
    • Monitor supplier performance through key metrics and resolve any issues proactively.


  • Spend Analysis & Reporting:
    • Perform detailed spend analysis to identify trends, risks, and savings opportunities.
    • Develop and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing insights into procurement performance and savings.


  • Process Optimization:
    • Streamline procurement processes, leveraging technology and best practices to improve efficiency.
    • Support the implementation of procurement tools and systems, such as e-sourcing platforms and spend management solutions.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, IT, facilities, and HR) to understand business needs and ensure alignment of procurement strategies.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, advising internal stakeholders on procurement policies and best practices.


  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
    • Identify and mitigate procurement risks, including supplier disruptions and market volatility.

The Successful Applicant



  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.


  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or procurement analytics.
    • Proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements.


  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP) and contract management tools.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification.
