Job Description

Investment & Capital Management



  • Monitor and analyze investment performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets


  • Develop financial models and perform investment appraisals (ROI, NPV, IRR)


  • Provide risk analysis and data-driven insights to support capital allocation decisions


  • Track capital expenditures and ensure alignment with approved investment plans



Cost Control & Budget Oversight



  • Develop and manage budgets for cost centers and capital projects


  • Analyze cost variances and recommend efficiency improvements


  • Maintain and enhance cost control systems and procedures



Financial Reporting & Analysis



  • Prepare recurring management reports on cost performance and investments


  • Deliver variance analysis with actionable recommendations


  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes



Compliance & Governance



  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements


  • Assist with internal and external audits related to capital projects and cost management


  • Maintain documentation supporting investment approvals and cost oversight



Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Partner with procurement, accounting, project teams, and senior leadership


  • Provide financial guidance to support operational and strategic initiatives

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required


  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including financial planning and analysis


  • Experience with capital expenditures, capital budgeting, and financing decisions


  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment


  • Proficiency in SAP, OneStream, and other financial systems


  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI


  • Knowledge of GAAP required; IFRS knowledge preferred
