As they continue to grow and expand, they are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, offering a balanced schedule with three days onsite and two days remote work.Job DescriptionAs a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting this company's IT infrastructure. Your expertise and technical knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of their IT systems and network. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the day-to-day operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization environments.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues.Perform setup, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, and peripherals.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to the IT infrastructure.Conduct regular system audits and apply necessary updates and patches.Ensure adherence to security policies and best practices.Develop and maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure and procedures.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
