Senior Legal Counsel, Investment Management

Role will report directly to the General Counsel and will handle the following:

• Drafting and negotiating contracts, side letters, non-disclosure and other legal agreements
• Reviewing marketing materials for regulatory compliance, handling a variety of other contracts as needed
• Advise on the structuring of fund formation, and related documentation
• Provide support in reference to compliance and regulatory filings
• Assist in managing outside counsel
• Handle other matters as they arise
