Senior Living - Superintendent - Traveling

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Inspect work to ensure adherence to quality and design specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a productive and safe work environment.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
• Travel frequently to oversee multiple senior living construction projects.
