They provide comprehensive analytical services to validate product quality and efficacy, as well as extensive support for clinical trial material production, enabling clients to navigate the complexities of bringing cell and gene therapies to market effectively.Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Business Developement Cell & Gene Therapy services will:Utilize a scientific background to effectively communicate and develop solutions for clients.Generate sales from assigned clients to meet individual and team targets.Increase market penetration through new contact meetings, RFP activity, and proactive proposal submissions.Identify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts by researching industry news, PR announcements, and trends.Provide guidance for marketing initiatives to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.Design and implement studies that are scientifically sound and cost-effective to meet sponsor requirements.Manage complex projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to established quality standards.Maintain accurate scientific and technical records in internal databases and understand relevant regulatory processes.Collaborate daily with various teams, including clients, scientists, management, vendors, legal, and accounting.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
