Job Description



  • Oversee daily billing operations and manage team workloads to meet deadlines


  • Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements


  • Provide training, coaching, and support to managers and billing staff


  • Handle billing inquiries and collaborate with clients and attorneys to resolve issues


  • Lead projects, facilitate meetings, and serve as a subject-matter expert

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field


  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing a complex billing function in an AM Law 200 law firm


  • At least 2 years of second-tier management experience (managing other managers overseeing billing/invoicing teams)


  • Experience with Aderant and e-Billing applications


  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, staff, and senior stakeholders
