Job Description

  • Lead major manufacturing engineering projects from concept to implementation.
  • Mentor and guide the work of junior and mid‑level engineers.
  • Drive process improvement efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and repeatability.
  • Redesign, upgrade, or develop new manufacturing equipment and test fixtures.
  • Partner with product development, automation, and cross‑functional teams to advance capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Prior experience overseeing, guiding, or mentoring other engineers.
  • Strong technical and hands‑on problem‑solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Background in manufacturing of components and assemblies.
  • (Preferred) Advanced degree, Lean/Six Sigma certification, or aerospace/space manufacturing experience.
