Due to exceptional growth at their state of the art facility they seek to bring aboard a talented Sr Manufacturing Engineer with strong technical skills in CNC machining and lean manufacturing.Job DescriptionLead and manage projects for CNC manufacturing and assembly process development, design, and validation using advanced methods and 3D modeling.Ensure processes meet customer geometrical tolerances and quality standards.Conduct takt time and cycle time analysis; estimate setup and run times.Support DFMEA activities and develop control plans and inspection methods.Define materials, tooling, fixturing, adhesives, and manufacturing methods with a focus on safety and quality.Create high-quality standard work to minimize human error.Apply GD&T principles to fixture, part, and assembly drawings.Collaborate with CNC programmers and operators to achieve tight tolerances.Design fixtures for CNC and assembly processes.Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives for continuous improvement.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
