Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define strategic direction for manufacturing lines aligned with company goals.
  • Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Lead and develop manufacturing managers, supervisors, and operators.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Inventory Control to resolve production issues.
  • Maintain training programs and certification records.
  • Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with 7+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Medical device industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in Lean manufacturing and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
