Job Description

Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Improving manufacturing operations and processes
  • Working closely with both internal and external customers
  • Managing projects and take ownership of projects
  • Using data analysis tools such as PowerBI to understand and improve existing processes
  • Establishing and implementing plans to support improvements across the production floor
  • Contributing to driving operational excellence and operational strategy

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline such as Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics, etc.
  • 5-9 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
  • Some experience working with plastics preferred but not required
  • Lean Manufacturing and SixSigma
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Experience in project management
  • Senior level experience and depth of knowledge
  • Ability to travel locally as needed
