Job Description

  • Review project designs to assess constructability and develop practical solutions that enhance value and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operations teams across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Apply mechanical, electrical, and engineering expertise, along with strong cost engineering skills, to develop conceptual cost estimates and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor and instruct a team of operational professionals

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have a strong understanding for cost metrics on a conceptual level
  • Must be an expert in mechanical and electrical systems with proficiency in low voltage and fire safety
  • Proven ability to perform a design review of a project while assessing constructability and value management simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively and articulate systems knowledge
  • Ability to think strategically and problem solve effectively
  • Must be based in the Atlanta or Charlotte areaa or open to relocate to either location
