Potential locations include: Dallas Fort Worth, Colorado, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, and North CarolinaJob DescriptionLead MEP subcontractor selection, scope review, bid tabs, and contract alignment.Oversee day‑to‑day performance of all MEP/FP subcontractors, including schedule, sequencing, and quality.Direct BIM/VDC coordination with field leadership to ensure multi‑trade alignment and model accuracy.Review and approve all MEP submittals, change orders, long‑lead items, and equipment delivery logs.Conduct regular MEP site walks and drive schedule updates, manpower planning, and issue resolution.Manage testing, inspections, commissioning activities, and approvals from AHJs and utility providers.Coordinate with owner‑retained MEP consultants, testing agencies, and third‑party commissioning teams.Lead closeout: as‑builts, O&Ms, attic stock, punch lists, and final MEP/FP turnover documentation.Ensure cross‑trade integration (e.g., mechanical + electrical requirements, curtain wall + security/hardware).MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
