Their team-first environment promotes innovation, accountability, and high performance on every job site.Job DescriptionProject Management: Lead the on-site execution of a 200+ unit wood-frame multifamily project from ground-up through deliveryQuality Control: Oversee daily operations, including site logistics, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, and quality controlTeam Leadership: Manage and mentor the project team: Assistant Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, and APMSchedule Management: Collaborate closely with project leadership to ensure timely, on-budget deliverySafety compliance: Ensure all work meets company and industry standards, with strict adherence to safety protocolsDocumentation: Leverage construction management software and digital tools to track project progress, RFIs, change orders, and documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
