Known for its collaborative and supportive work environment, this firm is consistently ranked among the best in the industry.Job DescriptionDraft correspondence and documentation under lawyer supervision.Assist with due diligence matters by organizing and reviewing documents.Revise, proofread, and distribute draft agreements and other transactional documents.Gather, organize, and maintain precedent collections.Assist with reviewing collateral documentation.Perform lien searches with detailed review.Prepare and file various liens with applicable jurisdictions.Prepare, distribute, and collect signature pages.Obtain charter documents and good standing certificates from the Secretary of State in applicable jurisdictions.Assist attorneys with pre-closing and closing transactions.Handle post-closing matters, including the preparation of closing sets.Conduct factual research assignments and draft memoranda.Coordinate with internal and external working groups to facilitate transaction execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
