The firm fosters a collaborative environment, empowering its teams to handle challenging cases with innovative approaches and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in highly regulated sectors.Job DescriptionCase Management: Oversee day-to-day case management, including calendaring deadlines, organizing case files, and maintaining detailed documentation.Document Preparation and Review: Draft, proofread, and organize pleadings, briefs, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents. Conduct thorough review and citation checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.Discovery and Evidence Collection: Manage the discovery process, including document requests, responses, and organization of evidence. Coordinate with attorneys and clients to collect and review case-relevant information.Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and compile information relevant to IP litigation matters, including case precedents, statutes, and technical or scientific data related to IP.Trial Preparation and Support: Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing trial binders, coordinating exhibits, and preparing witness materials. Attend trials as needed to provide on-site support.Client and Witness Coordination: Communicate with clients, witnesses, and outside experts to schedule depositions, interviews, and court appearances.
