They are very reputable and are working on some of the key projects in Indianapolis right nowJob DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager will:Own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cash flows, and budget forecasts; drive corrective action when variances occur.Manage procurement and subcontractor selection, negotiate scopes and contracts, and enforce contractual performance.Serve as primary client and design-team contact, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and protecting owner objectives.Coordinate permitting, inspections, and compliance with local codes and Denton Floyd standards.Lead cross-functional project meetings, align internal teams, and resolve field issues that impact cost or schedule.Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications with accurate documentation.Implement and monitor quality control and safety programs to ensure high construction standards and a safe jobsite.Mentor project staff, foster collaborative relationships with subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement.Oversee multifamily project portfolioMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
