As the organization continues to grow, they are looking to add a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their expanding team.In this newly created role, you will support pricing and margin analysis, focusing on raw material and commodity costs, labor and overhead variances, and process improvement, while helping streamline reporting and becoming the go-to resource for pricing questions across the plant.Job DescriptionSenior Pricing Analyst Responsibilities:Analyze gross margin performance and identify margin pressure driven by raw material and commodity cost changesBuild product- and customer-level P&L analyses to support strategic and commercial decisionsEvaluate promotional pricing initiatives and quantify their financial impactCreate and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting dashboards with actionable insights for leadershipReview and prepare pricing proposals for new and existing customersAdvise senior leadership on pricing strategy and recommended price adjustmentsMaintain pricing integrity and accuracy within the ERP systemSupport RFQ and RFP pricing by developing cost assumptions and margin frameworksCalculate and validate cost structures for new product launchesMonitor pricing requests and analyze win/loss trends to inform future pricing decisionsAssess the margin and profitability impact of pricing formula changesContribute to the development of financial models to improve margin analysis and market evaluationSource and review freight quotes, recommending cost-effective transportation solutionsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
