Job Description

  • Analyze pricing, product cost, customer, and market data to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain pricing models, tools, and dashboards to support pricing decisions.
  • Partner with commercial teams to recommend pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market conditions.
  • Support annual price changes, new product introductions, and large customer proposals with data‑driven insights.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy within the company's ERP system and participate in ongoing process optimization efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing pricing performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of pricing analysis experience within a manufacturing company
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, product complexity, and industry pricing dynamics.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, etc.).
  • ERP system experience such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or other enterprise platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate insights clearly.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (highly preferred).
  • Experience supporting global operations or multi‑site manufacturing environments.
  • SQL or other analytical tools are a plus.
