Job Description

The Strategic Pricing Analyst will...

  • Work with key stakeholders to support the development of profitable
    pricing solutions in response to client RFPs and informal pricing requests.
  • Work with business development team to ensure fee proposals are consistent with the Firm's strategic
    goals and appropriately capture value.
  • Assist in drafting proposed language for nonstandard engagement letters.
  • Work on alternative fee arrangements, such as fixed fees, partial and full contingent matters, and blended rates.
  • Other duties as needed

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Pricing Pricing Analyst Candidate will...

  • MUST have at least 4 years of pricing experience at a law firm
  • MUST have experience with SQL
  • Have ability to to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience with 3E, Elite, or Aderant a plus
