The Senior Principal Lean Leader will be leading the Attleboro site in all things lean and continuous improvement, working directly with the NAM and site leader. Running all things Kaizen, Lean and Value steam mapping, as well as optimizing all processes in the facility. Working with the other teams on site to run diagnostics to find the next project to work on.

Job Description

Senior Principal Lean Leader:

  • Run Kaizen events
  • Work with teams across the facility to run diagnostics for which areas of the plant need the biggest improvements
  • Working with site director on a day to day
  • Have a great personality to communicate with others
  • Working with Lean tools: SMED, 6S, Value Steam Mapping, etc.
  • Work on getting high productivity savings
  • Hit the ground running!!

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Principal Lean Leader:

  • 10+ years of continuous experience in manufacturing
  • B.S. & Six Sigma Green Belt minimum
  • High level personality
  • Background in product and process optimization & cost savings
  • Running Kaizen events
  • Passionate
