Currently with over 10 sites in the North America, this facility near Lincolnshire is one the premier locations given their custom manufacturing capabilities and expected grow by 15% in 2023.The current CEO and CFO have planned to further implement and drive a LEAN manufacturing culture.Job DescriptionEmploy Lean and Six Sigma concepts and practices; conduct Kaizen events; improve safety, cost, quality and productivity on existing processesSpearhead continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost savings and increase throughput capabilitiesWork closely with Quality to perform Root Cause Analysis and ensure product and process quality standards are being metDetermine the sequence of steps in manufacturing processes, such as manufacturing costing, fabrication and assembly, required to complete product development while meeting safety, quality and cost goalsUtilize product drawings, specifications, and other engineering data to develop processesConduct time studies; determine manufacturing process timesPrepare work instructions detailing process stepsMay lead and mentor less experienced engineersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
