Description

Experiments ways to increase the size of teams and monitor user experience to be more intuitively collaborative
Analyze experiments and make informed decisions
Collaborate with Growth teams as well as with the broader team
Work with Growth leadership to develop and iterate growth strategy.
Work with Growth leadership to develop the processes for Growth (ex. metric reviews and experimentation)

The Successful Applicant

Experience and ability to understand analytics
Experience running a/b experiments to test hypotheses
4 + years of experience in a product management role working with design and engineering counterparts
BONUS: experience driving product-led growth as a Product Manager
BONUS: experience creating products for developers or other highly technical personas
