Job Description

  • Support project coordination across departments
  • Assist in planning and development phases
  • Prepare invoices, estimates, and meeting schedules
  • Monitor project progress and report updates
  • Perform research and administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-10+ years of project management experience
  • Proven success managing multifaceted development projects
  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, MBA) preferred
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in affordable housing or nonprofit development highly desirable
