Job Description

  • Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects valued at $70 million or more
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards
  • Serve as the primary client liaison to ensure needs and expectations are exceeded
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources effectively
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and field teams to resolve issues promptly

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Minimum 10 years of commercial construction experience with general contractors
  • Proven track record managing $70M+ ground-up projects, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong leadership skills with a client-centric, results-driven mindset
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Solid understanding of construction contracts, budgets, and scheduling tools
