Senior Project Manager - Civil Construction

Position OverviewThe Senior Project Manager will oversee civil or structural engineering projects, manage a dedicated team, and serve as the primary point of contact for public‑sector clients. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to take the next step toward strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple complex projects
• Oversee project scope, budget, scheduling, and client communication
• Manage proposals, participate in business development, and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior and senior staff
• Ensure technical quality and adherence to agency regulations
• Contribute to division expansion and long‑term growth strategy

Civil Engineering PM Experience (Preferred)

• Site planning & land development
• Grading and stormwater management
• NJ or NYC permitting
• Public‑sector project delivery

Structural Engineering PM Experience (Preferred)

• Building structures and site structures
• Public‑sector and municipal structural projects
• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams
