Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading full lifecycle management of civil sitework and land development projects
  • Overseeing $15M+ in active projects and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery
  • Managing subcontractors and self-perform crews for quality and efficiency
  • Acting as primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Mentoring and developing APMs and future Project Engineers
  • Collaborating with estimating and engineering teams on feasibility and cost control
  • Preparing and maintaining schedules using Microsoft Project and Core templates
  • Monitoring financial performance and job cost reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and client requirements
  • Conducting weekly site visits within a 60-mile radius
  • Utilizing software tools including PlanSwift, Roctek, Foundations, Motion, and Excel
  • Driving client satisfaction and fostering repeat business
