Senior Project Manager - Columbus Construction

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate challenges.
• Lead project teams by providing clear guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage contract negotiations and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.
