Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction Milwaukee

• Plan, oversee, and track all phases of the construction project lifecycle, from design and procurement to construction and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver detailed project reports, including status updates, financial assessments, and risk evaluations, to stakeholders and senior management.
• Lead and mentor project teams, offering guidance and support to drive successful project outcomes.
• Identify potential project risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering opportunities for repeat business.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates to continuously enhance project management processes.
