Our client is currently seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager Will:Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Lead and manage the project team, including assistant project managers, field superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring all aspects of the project are completed effectively and efficiently.Budget & Financial Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets. Ensure cost control measures are in place to avoid project overruns and review financial reports regularly to identify any discrepancies.Scheduling & Timeline Management: Create detailed project schedules, track progress, and ensure that milestones and deadlines are met. Adjust schedules as necessary to keep the project on track.Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding project progress, scope changes, and any issues that arise.Contractor & Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors. Ensure that all parties are aligned with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Negotiate and enforce contracts, terms, and conditions.Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of quality throughout the project. Ensure that all construction work is completed in compliance with the project's specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Risk Management: Identify potential risks throughout the project and take proactive steps to mitigate them. Manage change orders and issues that arise during construction.Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety protocols. Foster a culture of safety on the job site.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular project reports for upper management, clients, and other stakeholders.
