Job Description

  • Oversee a large, high-visibility project in Lebanon alongside other general contracting partners, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Lead day-to-day project operations, driving coordination, problem-solving, and timely execution across all project phases.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and reinforce the company's presence in the Indianapolis market.
  • Partner with executive leadership to help win new work by cultivating client relationships, participating in proposals, and representing the company at industry events.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers, promoting collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost controls, and change management.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and consistent delivery on expectations.
  • Ensure all project documentation, schedules, and reporting are accurate, timely, and aligned with company standards.
  • Champion jobsite safety, quality control, and continuous improvement across all project activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Proven ability to run ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Experience with cleanrooms or occupied-space construction; healthcare project experience is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
  • Background managing projects valued at $10M or more.
  • Strong desire to grow into a Project Executive role and take on greater leadership responsibility.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to help expand a growing market presence.
  • Highly collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Outgoing, humble, hungry, and smart-embodying a people-first leadership style.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make informed decisions in fast-moving environments.
