Job Description



  • Lead all phases of construction projects, from planning to closeout


  • Supervise Assistant PMs, Foremen, and Superintendents


  • Interface directly with clients and subcontractors


  • Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders


  • Oversee project billing and ensure quality control on-site


  • Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a safe jobsite

The Successful Applicant

You're an experienced project leader who knows how to take ownership of complex builds. You bring supermarket or retail GC experience, can lead by example, communicate clearly across trades and clients, and you enjoy solving problems on the fly. A polished presence with the confidence to upsell and the humility to work side-by-side with labor crews is essential.
