With a rapidly growing pipeline, they are expanding their construction team starting with a Senior Project Manager.Job DescriptionLead the planning, execution, and delivery of data center construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule. Manage cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, MEP coordinators, and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, utilizing project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore). Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Oversee procurement processes, negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure materials and services. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company safety protocols. Demonstrated success managing projects valued at $80M+ from start to finish. Expertise in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project). Deep understanding of data center construction, including MEP systems, power redundancy, cooling solutions, and IT infrastructure. Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting costs, and optimizing project profitability.
