Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, including developing schedules and labor plans. [linkedin.com]
  • Ensure optimal use and cost-effective procurement of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Oversee project estimating, change management, and Submittal/RFI procurement.
  • Maintain strong document control both in the office and field.
  • Coordinate closely with field staff, construction managers, clients, subcontractors, and accounting teams.
  • Monitor progress through regular status meetings and weekly site inspections.
  • Maintain adherence to budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Identify and resolve constructability issues and provide weekly project status reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Lump Sum Background required.
  • Coming from reputable GCs ideal.
  • Estimating and PM experience preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
