Job Description

  • Manage the planning and execution of construction and renovation projects, including big box and light industrial work.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment on project specifications and timelines.
  • Drive project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout all phases of the project.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
